Site blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore included in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a legend detailing different parts of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
